Irresistible Ribeyes

  1. Take your steaks out of the fridge 1 hour before cooking so they can come to room temperature (this helps it cook evenly).
  2. Preheat your grill to high heat (450°-650°F).
  3. Season your steak generously on all sides with seasoning (We love Wallace Farm’s Spice Medley)
  4. Place your steaks on the grill. Cook for 2 minutes and then rotate it 90° to create that perfect cross-hatched sear marks Let it cook for an additional 2 minutes before flipping
  5. Repeat on the second side, typically 4-6 minutes per side for a medium-rare steak..
  6. Transfer it to a tray or cutting board. Add a pat of butter and let it melt.
  7. Allow your steak to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
