Irresistible Ribeyes

Ingredients
- 2 Ribeyes from 99 Counties
- 1/2 Tablespoon Spice Medley, or your favorite steak seasoning
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Take your steaks out of the fridge 1 hour before cooking so they can come to room temperature (this helps it cook evenly).
- Preheat your grill to high heat (450°-650°F).
- Season your steak generously on all sides with seasoning (We love Wallace Farm’s Spice Medley)
- Place your steaks on the grill. Cook for 2 minutes and then rotate it 90° to create that perfect cross-hatched sear marks Let it cook for an additional 2 minutes before flipping
- Repeat on the second side, typically 4-6 minutes per side for a medium-rare steak..
- Transfer it to a tray or cutting board. Add a pat of butter and let it melt.
- Allow your steak to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
