Bacon Cheeseburgers with Fry Sauce

Ingredients

For the Burgers

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Toppings

  • Bacon from 99 Counties (as much as your heart desires!)
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup french-fried onions
  • Lettuce 
  • Sliced tomato

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, garlic, seasoned salt and pepper. Add 99 Counties Grass-Fed Ground Beef; Mix and shape into four patties. 
  2. Grill burgers over medium heat until a thermometer reads 160°, 5-7 minutes on each side. Top with cheese; grill until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes longer.
  3. While burgers are cooking, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar and honey in a small bowl.
  4. Assemble your burgers with the burger pattie, sauce, fried onions, bacon and any other toppings you desire!
