Exceptionally flavorful bone-in lamb chops. Best pan-fried or grilled, making sure not to overcook. Cooking our grass-fed & grass finished lamb chops with direct heat to an internal temp of 145 degrees will yield a tender delectable experience.
These are the equivalent of a ribeye steak on a cow, and are recognizable by the long, thin rib bone extending from the tiny lollipop of meat. Prized for their rich flavor and tender bite.
