Description: Defined as "deliciousness" in Japanese, this “umami”-packed wild Alaska salmon burger is flavored with a hint of shiitake mushroom powder, soy sauce, and miso paste, along with aromatic spices and herbs, to make a delicious umami burger. Each burger is 1/4 pound and they are frozen and vacuum-sealed into packs of two.

Cooking Tips: The burgers can be cooked directly from the freezer or thawed. If cooking directly from the freezer, brush with oil and grill on medium-high heat until golden for 10 to 12 minutes. Or pan-fry in a tablespoon of oil over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes. If cooking thawed, brush with oil and grill on medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Or pan-fry in a tablespoon of oil over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
