Description: Defined as "deliciousness" in Japanese, this “umami”-packed wild Alaska salmon burger is flavored with a hint of shiitake mushroom powder, soy sauce, and miso paste, along with aromatic spices and herbs, to make a delicious umami burger. Each burger is 1/4 pound and they are frozen and vacuum-sealed into packs of two.

When will my order be delivered?
Orders received by 11:59pm CST on Sundays will be delivered Tuesday - Saturday of the upcoming week. All orders placed thereafter will ship out the following week. For example: If you place your order on a Monday it will be delivered the following week.
Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
Nope! Your order will be delivered frozen, with enough insulation and/or dry ice to remain frozen for a minimum of 8 hours in the case of doorstep delivery.
What is the cost of delivery?
We deliver to all of the lower 48 states. For Local orders (Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana): Orders over $120 receive free shipping. For orders under $100 there is a $25 shipping fee. For orders between $100 and $120 there is a $10 shipping fee. National shipping: Shipping is free for orders over $150. Otherwise there is a $50 fee.

Yes, yes, and yes! Our beef, pork, and poultry is hormone, antibiotic, and insecticide free. Our farmers also protect and promote living soils by avoiding synthetic herbicides, pesticides, and nitrogen fertilizers. All of our meat is 100% chemical-free.
