Exceptionally flavorful grass-fed and finished bone-in lamb chops. Best pan-seared or grilled, making sure not to overcook. Cooking our grass-fed & grass finished lamb chops with direct heat to an internal temp of 140 degrees will yield a tender delectable experience.
These are the equivalent of a ribeye steak on a cow, and are recognizable by the long, thin rib bone extending from the tiny lollipop of meat. Prized for their rich flavor and tender bite.

Do I have to be a member to order?
Nope! Membership is optional. It's a great way to get the most out of 99 Counties so we highly recommend it!
Where do you deliver?
All of the lower 48 states
When will my order be delivered?
Orders received by 11:59pm CST on Sundays will be delivered Tuesday - Saturday of the upcoming week. All orders placed thereafter will ship out the following week.
For example: If you place your order on a Monday it will be delivered the following week.
Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
Nope! Your order will be delivered frozen, with enough insulation and/or dry ice to remain frozen for a minimum of 8 hours in the case of doorstep delivery.
What is the cost of delivery?
We deliver to all of the lower 48 states.
For Local orders (Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana): Orders over $120 receive free shipping. For orders under $100 there is a $25 shipping fee. For orders between $100 and $120 there is a $10 shipping fee.
National shipping: Shipping is free for orders over $150. Otherwise there is a $50 fee.
Is your meat hormone, antibiotic, and insecticide free?
Yes, yes, and yes! Our beef, pork, and poultry is hormone, antibiotic, and insecticide free. Our farmers also protect and promote living soils by avoiding synthetic herbicides, pesticides, and nitrogen fertilizers. All of our meat is 100% chemical-free.
