Spring Farm Dinner
Join us for our first-ever farm dinner, featuring a variety of our pasture-raised chicken, pork, & grass-fed beef along with seasonal produce from local farms!
Your ticket includes a four course tasting menu, curated by chef Brad Newman & Jesse Lee of Brasserie By C&C in Edgewater, Chicago. You will also receive a free 99 Counties trucker hat or beanie. Alcoholic beverages including wine, craft beer, and cocktails are sold separately.
99 Counties co-founder Christian Ebersol and Hayden Holbert, Avrom Farms owner & manager of business development for 99 Counties will be giving a talk on regenerative agriculture and 99 Counties' goals to build a sustainable food system in our region. They will also be available to answer any questions about life on the farm, questions about home delivery, and more!
All guests will be provided with the recipes from the dinner and have the option to purchase a curated bundle of the meats used in the dinner!
When: April 16th, from 5-9pm (doors and bar open at 5pm; dinner will be served at 6pm and doors close at 9pm).
